Shariza Arias

Though her topmost ambition is to one day own a successful million dollar ice cream parlor, Shariza busies herself in the meantime as TCL’s head of Human Resources. In addition to handling the company’s recruiting and HR activities, Shariza oversees training and development programs that helps promote the team’s engagement and growth. A perfect day for Shariza would be spending time with her family at their favorite local getaway resort in San Diego, having ice cream of course.
