Smart Remote Control: Brand New Control Experience for Connected Home

The TCL Smart TV remote control is designed to address user pain points for fluent connectivity across home appliances. TCL TOUCH TV Remote Control features an innovative modular design. At the same time, TCL RC9 Series TV Remote Control is compatible with TCL's cross-category products ecosystem, providing users with a streamlined and intuitive home control experience.

Home Appliances: Creating an Integrated Home Aesthetic

With the growing trend of seamlessly integrated home decors, all the TCL Ultra Thin & Embedded Refrigerator Series (X Series REF) (2023 Series REF) (SBS REF) have won the iF Design Award this year, reflecting the perfect combination of aesthetics and technology. The smart structural design upgrades in the refrigerators seamlessly integrate with kitchen cabinets achieving zero gaps. Furthermore, TCL Free-Transform-Zone Series Refrigerator’s innovative designs allow flexible storage space adjustments to meet a wider range of needs. In addition, the award-winning TCL Q-Zone Washing Machine, with its ALL-IN-ONE knob design, makes the laundry experience effortless.

Soundbars: Crafting an Engaging Audio-Visual Experience

The TCL soundbars also achieved a 100% success rate this year. The TCL 93 Series and TCL S6 Series Home Theatre Soundbar offer a superior audio experience with their stylish design and recyclable material construction. In addition, the TCL W73 Wow Wireless Speaker features a 3D ABYSS MIRROR with interactive lighting effects to complement the surround sound system. All these products incorporate advanced audio-visual technology with exquisite design aesthetics, which led to their recognition.

User Experience Design: Creating a Diverse Life Experience Focused on Humanistic Care

TCL has consistently prioritized humanistic care, particularly in addressing diverse audiences. The TCL Growth TV Launcher caters to Gen Z preferences and enriches online social engagement by encouraging a more active and optimistic lifestyle. The TCL HEALTH HUB App promotes a healthier and more active lifestyle for our users. The TCL Movie Mood Explorer is a gesture-controlled UI for the smart discovery of movie listings based on the user's emotional state.

To enhance accessibility for all, we have conceptualized TCL Care UX Design in our TVs with color blind filters and screen reading for the visually impaired; sign language inputs, real-time captioning, and weak hearing assistance for the hard of hearing; voice customized control for the speech and mobility impaired; and safety and health reminders for older people and the vulnerable. Our smartphone’s TCL NXTVISION mode can optimize the display based on the user’s sensitivity to color and enhance the visual experience reducing fatigue.

In addition, the TCL Nature Inspired Sound System for our cross-category products and TCL's Smart Hotel IoT Solutions for corporate clients have also been recognized.
